I am a passionate 500-hour RYT yoga teacher, personal trainer and ACA Level 2 registered counsellor (please see qualifications below in the green drop downs) with a unique background spanning mental health, high-pressure industries, and community-based care. My journey has been shaped by diverse professional experiences and deeply personal life events, all of which inform my compassionate and inclusive approach to supporting people from all walks of life.

My career began at 20 in the dynamic worlds of events, advertising, and music, where I worked nationally and internationally on large-scale projects such as the AC/DC Black Ice Tour (2009), the Australian Open, the Australian Grand Prix, the World Surf League, Melbourne Cup Carnival, and Melbourne Fashion Festival. Along the way, I collaborated with global brands including Rolex, Adidas, Jeep, and Revlon as co-founder and co-director of Australian based events agency, Social Lion.

In 2017, after completing yoga teacher training and fitness qualifications, I set out to integrate mindfulness and movement into high-stress environments. I taught yoga and boxing to at-risk youth in Melbourne’s juvenile detention centres, then expanded my work abroad in Turkey, combining yoga, meditation, and movement practices with ESL education. Returning to Australia, I began my psychology degree, retrained as a counsellor and joined Horses for Hope—an equine-assisted counselling therapy program in Shepparton—where I combined clinical work as a counsellor and managed program development and community partnerships.

As a proudly late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, I bring lived experience into my counselling and yoga practice. I specialise in supporting adults with late diagnosed ADHD and Autism and the co-occuring challenges associated with late diagnosis. I provide mental health training & psychoeducation for movement professionals that covers neuro-affirming, trauma-informed and invisible illness informed practice.

Most of my week sees me in my role as a trauma counsellor at Blue Knot Foundation, supporting survivors of institutional child sexual abuse through royal commission redress services.

I currently serve as an executive board director for Frontline Yoga. Australia's first and only national yoga program for first responders, emergency services and military veterans.
